Our teams work with building managers, strata’s and developers to ensure painting and coating processes are done within a detailed and scheduled timeline whereby all parties involved are well communicated to on upcoming access requirements and possible disruptions in use of private and common areas during the project’s execution. Vision’s teams use the utmost in care in ensuring all interior belongings are protected while undergoing our services and outdoor landscaping/structures are shielded from residues and such during external paint and coating applications.
Step by Step Process:
- Meet with client to discuss
- Provide client with options/quote
- Pressure wash all exterior surfaces to ensure they are clean prior to paint/coating, remove downspouts etc to paint?
- Cover furniture etc/mask windows/all unpaintable areas?
- Provide quality control checks on final product
- Invoicing
